Rental period
Packages include 14 days from delivery. Extensions are $1 per bin per week, billed to the card on file, and must be requested before your scheduled pickup.
Delivery & pickup
We deliver and pick up within the 2-hour window we confirm by text. Someone 18+ must be present for delivery. For pickup, bins may be left in an agreed accessible location. A missed appointment without 2 hours' notice incurs a $35 trip fee.
Care of equipment
Bins are for household or office goods only. No hazardous materials, liquids without secondary containment, or perishables. Do not write on, sticker (other than our labels), or modify bins.
Damage & loss
Normal wear is expected. Cracked, broken or missing bin: $25 each. Missing or broken lid: $5 each. Missing or broken dolly: $60 each. Excessively soiled bins requiring special cleaning: $5 each.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours, a $35 trip fee applies.
Payment
Payment is due at confirmation. Texas sales tax (8.25%) is added. A card is kept on file for extensions and damage fees.
Liability
Bin & Back is not responsible for the contents of bins or for damage to goods during your move. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental.
